Every plan includes an AI usage budget for enrichment, proposals, and diagram generation - you don't pay per AI request. If you need more, we can discuss an extended budget as part of your plan.

Common questions.

What counts as a "process" for pricing purposes?
A process is an L1 or L2 entry in your process hierarchy - an end-to-end process (L1) or a sub-process with its own BPMN diagram (L2). L0 process groups (top-level domains like Sales, Operations, Finance) are not counted toward the limit.
How many users can access the platform?
Plans are designed for the whole organisation - there is no per-seat charge and no restriction on who you invite. For the purposes of the contract, a maximum number of users is agreed upfront; the right number is discussed as part of onboarding.
What is the AI budget, and what happens when it runs out?
Each plan includes a monthly AI usage budget that covers enrichment requests, diagram generation, and proposal reviews. In practice, most teams use well within the included budget. If you need more, we can extend it as part of your plan - just get in touch.
Can I start on Startup and move to a larger tier later?
Yes. Most teams start with a focused set of core processes and expand. You can move tiers as your framework grows - all your existing data and diagrams carry over. We'll discuss the right time to upgrade as part of your onboarding.
Is consulting included in the platform price?
No - consulting engagements (getting-started builds, specific problem work) are quoted separately. Platform pricing covers the tool and your team's access. If you want us to build your operating model with you, that's a focused engagement on top.
